We had a request to make a birthday cake to look like a "real street pretzel" & this was the result! Inside was vegan chocolate cake with vegan chocolate buttercream. We added some flair we thought would be fitting in an I love NY pin & mustard packets-with one opened & writing out the birthday message on a fondant napkin.

This 5th birthday cake was for a Super Mario Bro.s fan turning 5! His mother provided us with the plastic action figures & we set the scene with fondant bricks, clouds & a canon. Inside the cake there were alternating layers of madagascar vanilla & chocolate cake, & in between those were alternating layer of vanilla & chocolate buttercream filling.

This was the cake for a surprise 30th birthday dinner at a Mexican restaurant last week. It was for a big fan of board games, especially Cranium, so to sit on top of this die cake we made a customized Cranium Wow game piece. We made this wedding cake this past weekend for a couple that wanted something simple, but elegant. It had dots piped onto the sides in a swirly pattern with royal blue highlights to incorporate the wedding's main color more than just at the bands. The cake inside was chocolate brownie with cookies n' cream buttercream filling, one of the best combos ever!

This "bleedin' red velvet" armadillo cake with raspberry buttercream filling was a surprise for a rehearsal dinner that took place recently in NY at the Golden Unicorn. This was our first International client, as she came from Canada with her wife to have a second ceremony in NY. All the best ladies!!

The inspiration for this tulip wedding cake was the couple's wedding invitation, which featured loose tulips arranged much like these sugar tulips are going around the center tier of the cake. This baby shower cake was designed after the party plates & napkins which became the theme of the client's whole party. On top there is a stitched baby duck, and inside the cake had alternating layers of chocolate and madagascar vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream filling throughout.

This cake was created to celebrate the Bar Mitzvahs of twin boys, Zach & Jacob. It featured their replicated tennis rackets along with several tennis balls that went around the cake decorated to look like a tennis court. The chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filled cake was delivered to Slate in NYC.

We were asked to recreate a sushi cake the client had gotten previously, except with different sushi pieces on top, to celebrate a 40th birthday. The inside of the cake was red velvet with raspberry buttercream filling. Here are the results including chopsticks, orange caviar sushi & spicy tuna rolls made of sugar :o)
